House Rules

We check on you a couple of times through messages to make sure you're well taken care of. If you need anything you can reach out and we'll be happy to assist you.

In the uncommon but possible scenario, a member of our team (cleaning, repair, or a delivery) may present themselves in the apartment after previous direct communication with you.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are done 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after that but at least 48 hours before check-in, you’ll receive 50% for every night of your stay.
If you cancel later than 48 hours before check-in, you won't receive any refund.
Cleaning fees are not refundable.
